Law School Clinical Teaching Fellow in Newark
Seton Hall University School of Law welcomes applications for a Clinical Teaching Fellowship with the Criminal Defense and Community Advocacy Clinic to begin during the 2025-26 academic year. The New Jersey State Bar Foundation (NJSBF) Clinical Teaching Fellowship is designed to launch the teaching careers of practitioners with at least 1-5 years of practice experience. After the first semester, the fellow will have the opportunity to co-teach with an experienced clinician and to participate in supervision rounds and discussions of clinical pedagogy with other clinical teaching fellows. The fellow also will be mentored in pursuit of scholarship interests and goals. The Seton Hall Law School Center for Social Justice seeks to hire a teaching fellow, starting on or about August 1, 2025, as described below. The fellow will be hired for 1 year, with the possibility of continuation for an additional 1 or 2 years.

2025-2026 - Peer Advisor Coordinator - Center for Academic Success in South Orange
Peer Advisor Coordinators provide leadership and mentorship to the Peer Advisor team while continuing to support first-year students. Coordinators serve as role models, guide a group of Peer Advisors, ensure timely communication and documentation, and promote a strong team culture through regular check-ins and community-building efforts. In addition to fulfilling core Peer Advisor duties, Coordinators take on expanded responsibilities in oversight, mentorship, and accountability. This is a paid student leadership position offering up to 20 hours per week during the academic year, with opportunities to strengthen supervision, communication, and program leadership skills.

Blue Crew Ambassadors are professional staff members of the Office of Admissions. Blue Crew Ambassadors work alongside the Admissions Counselors and staff to ensure that visiting potential students and families have an enjoyable experience at Seton Hall University. The Blue Crew will register families and give guided tours of campus (along with any tour related activities). Blue Crew Ambassadors are also very knowledgeable of the application process, history of the University, and have a certain pride and enthusiasm in the institution they attend. Blue Crew Ambassadors play a vital role in the recruitment of students to the University and provides assistance with various admissions tasks. A successful Blue Crew Ambassador develops excellent communication, resource, and networking skills, which can later be applied in post-college careers. In addition, Blue Crew Ambassadors will conduct themselves in a professional manner and model positive behavior consistent with the Catholic Mission of the University, community life standards, and academic requirements.
